Revisit - KhunThai Restaurant @ Desa Aman Puri, Kepong

Whenever I saw any advertisement (cheap flight to Thailand) or news regarding Thailand, the first thing ever come into my mind is always their delicious, tempting food with full with aroma and flavor. Oh~ just by imaging it I already feel so heavenly...

I know that I had review this Khunthai restaurant this year, but the food is really worth going back for more. I know there is not necessary for the intro therefore, let straight away go for the food;

Tom Yam Seafood - RM23.00

I don't think there are a need to review for the soup already, after seeing the fresh seafood floating above and the hot piping charcoal which make the soup keep on boiling. Huh~ I wonder is hot or spicy now?

Pandan Chicken - RM15.00

Well, this is one of they all time favourite dish which I saw most of the table ordering, so is tempting. The chicken is tender and marinated well, and this is the first time I saw the fried Pandan chicken added sesame seed, which had make the perfect combination.

Kerabu Chicken Feet - RM12.00

I think I would rather had Somtam / Kerabu Mango then this Kerabu Chicken feet, reason? I prefer sourly type of kerabu then the salty type. The chicken feet is tender and the taste is quite salty for me and is not even spicy so this dishes is just average.

Umbra with Sour Plum - RM3.80

For a simple early dinner this time, we only order 2 dishes and a soup which is perfectly for 2 pax. As for drinks, I just have Chinese tea at 50 cent and my friend is trying their Umbra with sour plum. I believe is good since she enjoying the drink so much~

White Rice - RM 2.40 for 2 pax

I always love the way they serve the rice in an aluminum pot. Look so-Thai... hahaha~
As for the environment, with the Thai music and song, we will totally enjoy not only the food but the dinning experience with I think better than some of the restaurant I visited in Thailand.

Inside the restaurant

The outdoor hut

The total bill come to RM60.10 inclusive of GST at 6% ( RM3.40). I really do enjoy this place and I rather choose to dine inside the restaurant because of the air-cond rather that the outdoor hut which I think is nice but I scare of the mosquito bite. LOL~
